Before you hit the slopes, check out our directions page to find the easiest route. When you arrive, the south parking lot next to the snow tubing hill is for Snow Tubing and the north parking lot is for skiing and snowboarding. Drop off gear at our convenient equipment drop-off area just steps from the main lodge and rental building.
Next, head to the ticket booth to grab your lift tickets and explore our rental options for skis, snowboards, and boots. If you’re signed up for lessons—or want to learn—stop by the Main Lodge Front Desk to check in for ski or snowboard lessons.
Snow tubing is available for all ages, with fast, family-friendly rides down our specially designed hills. Please check our hours and rates for both skiing/snowboarding and tubing so you can plan your day for maximum fun. With a little preparation, your visit to Snow Snake will be smooth, safe, and absolutely unforgettable!
What to Wear for Skiing, Snowboarding, and Tubing
To stay warm and comfortable while enjoying the slopes or tubing hills, dress in layers. A moisture-wicking base layer, insulated mid-layer, and waterproof outer layer are ideal. Don’t forget gloves or mittens, a hat or helmet, goggles, and warm socks. If you forgot something, no worries, we sell winter gear. For safety reasons, no loose clothing. Scarves and long hair should be tucked in your hat.

You’re welcome to bring your own lunch and enjoy it in the lower-level seating area, or grab a tasty meal or snack from our Snack Bar. For adults looking to relax, our lounge/bar offers drinks and a cozy place to unwind after a day on the slopes. Whether you’re refueling or taking a break, Snow Snake has options for everyone to enjoy.
