Frequently Asked Questions
What does my Season Pass include?
Your pass gives you unlimited skiing and snowboarding at Snow Snake during the 2026–27 winter season. You’ll also receive discounts on select special events and activities throughout the season.
Are there blackout dates?
No! Snow Snake Season Pass Holders can ski and snowboard on any day Snow Snake is open during the season. Snow Snake does reserve the right to modify operating hours based on conditions and operations.
Can I transfer or share my pass with someone else?
No, Season Passes are non-transferable and can only be used by the person whose name and photo are on the pass. Plus, your pass must be visible at all times.
What happens if I lose my pass?
If you lose or have your Season Pass stolen, visit the Snow Snake front desk. A $50 replacement fee applies to issue a replacement pass.
Do you offer a refund if I can’t use my pass?
Season Passes are non-refundable once purchased.
How will I receive my pass?
Simply bring your receipt and valid ID to the Front Desk and we will take your photo and make your permanent Season Pass. Your pass will not be mailed to you.
Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes! Waivers must be signed before a Season Pass will be issued.

- Reselling, exchanging, lending, or obtaining passes under false terms will result in IMMEDIATE loss of pass with no refund
- Your pass must be clearly visible AT ALL TIMES
- Passholders must heed all signs and follow all rules posted or otherwise implied by the Michigan Ski Area Safety Act and Skier Responsibility Code
- SNOW SNAKE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE AND REVOKE MEMBERSHIPS TO ANYONE WHO REPEATEDLY DISOBEYS RULES AND REGULATIONS, BEING RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL AND FIGHTING
- Snow Snake reserves the right to modify hours of operation
- Snow Snake is not responsible for personal injuries, loss or breakage of equipment
- Snow Snake is a family recreational ski area; use of foul language will not be tolerated
