Frequently Asked Questions
At what age can a child tube?
It all depends. The child must be at least 36 inches or taller to ride our tubes and children must be supervised by a parent/guardian.
Can a child under 36 inches ride in the tube with me?
No. All tubing participants must be 36 inches tall. Only one person is allowed in each tube.
Can more than one person ride in a tube?
We allow one person per tube. As many as three tubes can “link” together. So a parent can hold onto their child’s tube. We do have a few double tubes which are great for a parent and child.
Do I need to sign anything?
We do require that everyone sign a Waiver. A parent/guardian signature is required for anyone under 18.
How do I get back up the hill?
We have handle tow lifts to get you back to the top.
Do I need to wear special clothing?
Dress according to the weather and as if you were going sledding. We suggest dressing in layers and waterproof clothing is recommended. No ski boots allowed on tubing hill. All keep long hair and scarves tucked in jacket. No loose clothing.
Where do we park?
The dirt/gravel parking lot located in front of the entrance to the tubing hill or the overflow lot located on the east side of the entrance drive across from the tubing hill.
Where do we pay?
Payment is accepted at the tubing ticket booth located at the entrance of the tubing hill.
Where can we eat and drink?
You are welcome to purchase food and drink from the kitchen/lounge inside of the main lodge.
Where are the bathrooms?
Porta-potties are located near the entrance of the tubing hill near the ticket booth. More bathrooms are located inside of the main lodge.
